Being a member of Delta Upsilon gives you a unique opportunity to grow into a better man with your brothers, live through the unique life experience at Delta Upsilon, and participate in the Greek Community. Monthly dues also grant members liability insurance which covers any accidents. Living at DU is affordable compared to other options around campus, and provides members with an unforgettable experience to share with their brothers.
2012-2013 Academic Year Housing
A Double Occupancy Room ($585/month) and a Single Occupancy Room ($600/month) are available for the upcoming year. Located at the corner of University Ave and 11th St. near Dinkytown.

Members Living In the Chapter House:
Rent:
Rent includes electric utilities, water utilities, heating/gas, and wireless internet. It also includes digital cable with on demand for the house's common area TV room but not for everyone's individual rooms. If you want residential cable in your own room, pricing can be found at www.comcast.com. Rent operates on a sliding scale based on the number of people living in the house. Leases start in September and go until August. If you have a question about living in the house, ask us here. The expected costs of rent for the 2010-2011 year would be:
- Single Occupancy Room: $600
- Double Occupancy Room: $585
- Monthly Dues (Sept-May): $100
- Summer Dues (June only): $60
- One-time Pledging and Initiation Fee: $270
- Semesterly IHQ Fee (Billed in Sept & Jan): $80
Members Not Living In the Chapter House:
- Monthly Dues (Sept-May): $120
- Summer Dues (June only): $60
